Hi! I'm Kiara.

and I am a certified personal trainer.

I started my health journey in 2020, weighing my heaviest and just feeling so terrible about myself. One day, it really sank in that the only person that can change the way I feel is me.As a plus-size woman who has been overweight her entire life, I know how intimidating a gym can be. But I conquered my fear, took that step, and never looked back. I am now over 100lbs down and still working toward my goals, feeling healthier, more energized, and all around happier.

 

I can’t wait to help you hit your goals and feel like the bad ass you are!

30 & 60 minute sessions

All of our gym sessions will be at The 915 Building in Midland.

​

In-home sessions are also available (60-minutes only).

TRAINING
PROGRAMS

Programs include 2 one-hour in-person sessions and 1-2 online workouts to do at home or on the road!

4 Weeks (8 1-hour sessions)
8 Weeks (16 1-hour sessions)
12 Weeks (22 1-hour sessions)

Includes 3 customized at-home workouts per week.

 

Single in-person sessions can be added as desired.
